Essential First-Time Homebuyer Information

First-time buyers or those unsure of their financial standing or how lending institutions work may be uneasy � they want to get more information about homes, neighborhoods and mortgages, but aren�t sure they�re ready to begin working with an agent to find and actually buy a home. Their nervousness might make them seem distant, but it's really the uncertainty of their own financial capability that stands in their way.
